London Heathrow Marriott Hotel

The staff were very helpful! The room was nice and clean! The lobby area was very cosy.

Hotel was great for overnight at Heathrow. However, given how lose it is to the terminal transport with cases was unbelievably difficult. I took a local bus to the hotel, which with luggage was really hard. There was no help with baggage on arrival at the hotel, so had to deal with hotel steps etc. welcome at reception was underwhelming at best. I ordered the recommended taxi at great expense to get to the terminal the next day, but it was late so I ended up jumping in with someone else to get there on time. I don’t understand why all the hotels on that road don’t band together and offer a free hotel shuttle. There’s certainly demand. And if I have to pay 25gbp each way for a short taxi ride, maybe next time I’ll just use the hotel in the terminal at a premium.

The always, helpful and courteous staff. I loved having access to the pool, sauna, jacuzzi and gym from 6am till late at night. The comfort, privacy, cleanliness, prompt response when dealing with queries, the personalised TV greeting, the soundproofing of the room, wonderful shower and hot water. But best of all was the superb comfort of the bed, linen and pillows. I welcomed having my room tidied, towels, cups, refreshments refreshed and replenished most days Great to have a safe, a decent size fridge, ironing and hair drying facilities as well as a firm lounge seat and alternative writing area

The cleanliness and facilities were excellent for my family and disabled son, breakfast amazing and staff fantastic.

Breakfast was excellent and dinner was also good. Fussy kids were accommodated excellently. Pool was excellent and wore out the kids.
